To maintain confidentially we do not bring buyers to your business in person. This would waste your time and it would raise questions with your employees. Instead, we discuss your business in detail with the buyer answering any questions they have and if your business is available to see in person, then we invite the buyer to visit the business confidentially as a customer.
Buyer / Seller Meeting
Once a buyer shows serious interest in your business, we will arrange for an in in-person or conference call meeting between you and the buyer so they can ask you some more detailed operating questions if they have any. This helps the buyer get a good feel for the business and is usually the last step before an offer is made.

Negotiating a Deal That Works

Our fee is earned through the confidential marketing and intermediary service of the operating business based on the overall value of the business itself including the goodwill, inventory, furniture, fixtures, equipment, customer list, sales, income, and other assets excluding real estate. Hoff Business Advisors is not a Real Estate Brokerage and therefore our firm and our employees do not receive commission or compensation towards residential or commercial leases, or the sale of Real Estate. In the event Real Estate is available as part of a business transaction the sale or transfer of the Real Estate asset is handled through a closing attorney of the Buyer and Seller's choice and no fee will be paid to Hoff Business Advisors, LLC or our employees towards the value of the included Real Estate.
